Stockholm Criminology Symposium program

The Stockholm Criminology Symposium program is now available. The symposium takes place June 13–15 at Stockholm City Conference Centre.

This year’s theme is Understanding the mechanisms that cause crime and promote desistance from crime and features around 100 speakers who will present their research and share their experience in 40 sessions.

The symposium is organized in conjunction with the award ceremony of the Stockholm Prize in Criminology. This year the ceremony will honor the 2021 prize winner Professor Elijah Anderson, Yale University, USA and the 2022 prize winners Professor Frances T. Cullen, University of Cincinnati, USA, and Professor Peggy C. Giordano, Bowling Green State University, USA.
