The purpose of this report is to identify obstacles to applications for permission to export cultural objects being submitted to the permitissuing authorities. A secondary aim is to propose improvements so that more applications are submitted. Additionally, the report aims to examine the suggestions given by the interviewees for changes in legislation and alternative models to the current permit procedure.
